Frequently Asked Questions

Terms and Conditions

  • Local courier takes between 3-7 working days.
  • No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
  • All orders couriered are in secure packaging.
  • Courier is a flat rate fee of R100.
  • No orders will be released until full payment has been received.

Return and Exchange

  • If you wish to exchange a purchase, please notify us at lahancpt@gmail.com OR Whatsapp +27 83 402 6305 stating your name and order number.
  • We are happy to exchange any purchases, provided that the goods in question are returned to us in the condition they were in when received within 7 working days of purchase.
  • We will not be liable for the cost involved in returning or exchanging items.
  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    • There are no exchange or returns on ALL sale items.
