Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lahan, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.

All returned items are subject to an internal quality inspection by the Lahan team before a refund or exchange is approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos so we can assess the issue and assist you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your returned item has passed our inspection.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Lahan does not cover the cost of returning items for refunds or exchanges unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
