Shipping Policy 

Local courier delivery takes approximately 2-5 working days.

Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

All orders are securely packaged before being dispatched.

Orders will only be processed and shipped once full payment has been received.

Once your order is confirmed, we'll begin preparing, packing, and shipping it as quickly as possible.

You'll receive email and/or SMS updates throughout the delivery process, including a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. You can track your order at www.thecourierguy.co.za.

If your parcel is delayed or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll gladly assist by following up with our courier partner.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the packaging and the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
